- ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવા માટે વેબ બ્રાઉઝરમાં જોડાવવા માટે વડોદરા મહાનગરપાલિકાની ઓનલાઇન ભરતી અંગેની લીંક સાથે જોડાવવા માટે https://vmc.gov.in મુજબનું વેબ બ્રાઉઝરના એડ્રેસ બારમાં ટાઇપ કરવું. આમ, કરવાથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવા માટેની લીંક ખુલશે. એ પછીથી, જેમાં મહાનગરપાલિકાની વિવિધ જગો માટેના વિકલ્પ દેખાશે, જેમાં અરજદારને લગત વિકલ્પ પર કલીક કરવાથી વિકલ્પવાળી જગો માટેનું અરજી પત્રક ખુલશે.

- અરજદારે ફોટોગ્રાફ સ્કેન માટે નીચે આપેલી માર્ગદર્શિકામાં આપવામાં આવેલ સ્પષ્ટીકરણો મુજબ પોતાનો ફોટોગ્રાફ અપલોડ કરવો જરૂરી છે.
- અરજદારે અરજી ફોર્મ સબમિટ કર્યા પછી, સફળતાપૂર્વક નોંધણી થયા અંગેની પુષ્ટિ, એસએમએસ / ઈ- મેલ દ્વારા પ્રાપ્ત થશે. આથી, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન પુષ્ટિ પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે યોગ્ય મોબાઈલ નંબર / ઈ-મેલ સરનામું વિગેરે માહિતી બરાબર આપેલ છે. તેની ખાતરી કરી લેવી. વધુમાં આગળની પ્રક્રિયા માટે અરજીની પ્રીન્ટ આઉટ તથા ચલણની પ્રિન્ટ આઉટ અવશ્ય મેળવી લેવી.
